Terms of use

Printlify is operated by Wentzel Investments LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“we”). By using Printlify you agree to these terms.

What Printlify is

Printlify is a private tool for running a single Etsy print-on-demand shop. It is not offered for sale or as self-serve software. Access is by invitation only, and accounts that are not on the shop’s allowlist are rejected.

Buying from the shop

Purchases are made on Etsy and are governed by Etsy’s terms and policies. These terms do not change your rights as an Etsy buyer. How we handle buyer data is described in the privacy notice.

Your responsibilities as an operator

Keep your Google account secure, use Printlify only for the shop you were invited to, follow Etsy’s and Printify’s rules, and do not use it to send unlawful or unwanted messages. You are responsible for the designs and listings you approve. Printlify’s trademark screening is an aid, not legal advice.

No warranty

Printlify is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind and without a service-level commitment. It may change, pause or stop at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost profits or sales, arising from use of Printlify.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue lies in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
